These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Acheron Supply website and to purchases made through our online store.
Throughout these Terms, “Acheron Supply”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Acheron Supply. “You” and “your” refer to visitors, customers and users of our website.

1. Our Store
Acheron Supply sells clothing, accessories and other products featuring original mythology-inspired designs.
Many of our products are produced and fulfilled on demand by third-party fulfilment partners. This means products may only enter production after an order has been placed.
Our online store is hosted using Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform through which our products are offered.
2. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- the information you provide is accurate and complete;
- you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract; and
- you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
You must not use our website or products for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
3. Products and Product Information
We aim to display our products, colours, designs, sizes and descriptions as accurately as reasonably possible.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings and the printing process.
Because products are printed on demand, minor variations in print positioning, colour or appearance may occur. These normal manufacturing variations are not necessarily defects.
Customers are responsible for checking product descriptions, size guides, selected colours and selected sizes before completing an order.
Nothing in this section affects your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer law requirements.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your selected region or market.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not normally affect orders that we have already accepted.
Shipping charges, taxes, duties or other applicable charges will be shown at checkout where possible.
For international orders, additional import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply depending on your destination. Responsibility for these charges will be determined by the applicable checkout information and local law.
5. Orders
After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email.

Many Acheron Supply products are produced on demand after an order is placed.
Production times are separate from shipping times.
Our products may be manufactured and shipped from different fulfilment locations depending on the product, destination, availability and fulfilment provider.
As a result, items from the same order may occasionally arrive separately.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping options and prices are displayed at checkout.
Estimated production and delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- carrier delays;
- customs processing;
- severe weather;
- peak seasonal demand;
- incorrect delivery information; or
- other disruptions to shipping networks.

9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Rights

UK consumers purchasing online may have statutory cancellation rights under applicable consumer legislation. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits those rights.
Products that are made specifically to a customer's individual specifications or are clearly personalised may be subject to different cancellation rules where permitted by law.
Damaged, faulty, misprinted or incorrect products should be reported to us promptly so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Acheron Supply name, branding, logos, artwork, graphics, product designs, website content and other original materials belong to Acheron Supply or are used with appropriate permission.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design or intellectual property.
